Exploring a few words I find interesting or unusual, mainly for my own personal amusement...
Foibles

A sadly underused word, in my opinion. I think it feels very befitting of it's eccentric meaning.
Awful

adjective | "very bad or unpleasant."
A wonderful example of the evolution of the English language. Awful originally meant to be 'filled with awe' and now it means the complete opposite.

What happens when you smush two unusual words together?! Well you get another unusual word, of course.
Pamphlet

'Flyer' has become the more widely used word, but I think 'pamphlet' is the far superior word. It's much more fun to say, and hear!
